We want you to love what you ordered. Since many of our items are made just for you, please read below so there are no surprises.


👕 MADE-TO-ORDER (PRINT-ON-DEMAND) ITEMS

Our apparel and most merch are created on demand.

  • We don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.

  • Please double-check size charts and product details before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.


🛠️ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If something’s wrong with your order:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund once approved.


📦 STOCKED / WAREHOUSE ITEMS (COMING SOON)

For items we keep in stock (not made to order):

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective


💻 DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All digital downloads and design services are final sale.

If you experience a technical issue (broken file or download link), contact us and we’ll make it right.


🚫 FINAL SALE ITEMS

We don’t accept returns on:

  • Digital products

  • Custom design services

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items


💳 REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
